1-Year Warranty

At BlackGoldVape we stand behind our products and provide a 1-year warranty on electronic components.

Program includes the BlackGoldBullion, Usb cable, and Gold Cartridge. This includes all special edition or Artist Series versions of these products.

• Email us at warranty@blackgoldvape.com
• If purchased from one of our authorized retailers or other retail establishment, please keep your receipt as proof of purchase, as it will be required for replacement at no cost. Without a valid proof of purchase, replacements will be subject to a processing and handling fee.
• Almost all “BlackGoldVape” products for sale on marketplace-style sites like eBay, Amazon, Bonanza, Alibaba and Rakuten are counterfeit products. We cannot offer warranty service on any counterfeit goods.
• Warranty is not applicable to tanks or coils. For sanitary purposes, please do not send any used tanks or coils.
• Warranty is not applicable to merchandise. All merchandise sales are final.
